Imre Varadi

Co-Founder

Imre played for the some of the biggest teams in the English game, including Manchester City, Leeds United, Everton, Newcastle United, and Sheffield Wednesday, performing at the top level during a 18 year career.

After he retired from football he became a Fully Qualified FIFA Licensed Agent, spending over 19 years for large Sports Management Agencies. He also has the very first and unique Licensed number V001.

Imre is dedicated to protecting and nurturing your talent, guiding you to the path of success and handpicking the opportunities to achieve your long-term goals.

He has now decided to use his vast experience and passion to represent players himself, and together with Patrick Deane, develop the Football Agency Network across the Globe.

Patrick Deane

Co-Founder

For in excess of 25 years, Patrick has been successfully advising players and managers, including high profile names from Premiership football in Scotland & England, past & present, both professionally and personally.The wealth of experience Patrick has gleaned from the differing professional environments he has operated within, not least the highly regulated Financial Services world, will now serve the ‘Football Agency Network’ with whom he is proud and excited to be associated.

Udo Onwere

Solicitor

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Udo was a professional footballer for 12 years with several clubs including Fulham Football Club.  Building on his sporting background, Udo advises high profile sports individuals (particularly professional footballers, managers and directors) on all areas of private client/tax matters and general commercial issues.

Udo has vast experience of advising footballers and / or their agents on contractual/disciplinary matters and currently acts as a trustee for the Fulham FC Foundation and the prominent anti-discrimination organisation ‘Kick it Out’. He is also a judicial panel member on regulatory and disciplinary issues for the Football Association. In addition to the above, Udo serves as a representative for the Premier League to assess and regulate match day officials

Hazel Gormley-Leahy

Head of Marketing

After working in four multinationals, Hazel transitioned into the sporting world working for the Madrid Open before moving into the world of professional soccer, heading up the marketing department at Malaga FC. At Malaga, Hazel was responsible for re-branding and restructuring all areas of marketing along with running all international relations with UEFA Champions League. After Malaga, Hazel started up her own marketing company- The Marketing Nation which today operates with clients in 9 different cities.

The marketing department at FAN will provide marketing to support to both agents and players activating branding, profiling, communication through to endorsements.

Teresa Chilcott

Head of Social Media

Teresa has more than 20 years experience in the Hospitality Industry, a career which has included very successful Senior Management roles.  In the last 10 years there has been a particular focus on all aspects of social media. The specialised nature of Teresa’s roles has required spending many years overseas and more recently travelling extensively between  Ireland, the UK and Spain.

Teresa will be responsible for all aspects of social media for the Football Agency Network Players and Agents.

Derek Bragg

Chief Scouting Officer

Derek played most of his senior football in Germany, spending four years with top Bundesliga club Hertha BSC Berlin. As a qualified FA Coach, in 1997 he joined Cheltenham Town as a specialist goalkeeping coach and Chief Scout, enjoying six successful years under Steve Cotterill and latterly Graham Allner. Following the departure of Allner, Derek joined the internet-based company Scout7, developing and managing the scouting concept of the business, however, the subsequent demand for this type of independent scouting, resulted in April 2005, Bragg setting up The Scouting Network, quickly developing the business into what is now regarded as the largest independent football scouting and consultancy business in the world. Derek was also involved during the early development and sales of Wyscout, plus has helped a number of clubs set up their own scouting departments and recruitment processes.
